Mariah Carey New Years Eve Concert at MSG

 

 

Mariah Carey will launch her “Angels Advocate” tour on December 31st, New Years Eve. This will be Mariah’s first tour in three years. Carey announced that she would be scheduling a tour last month via twitter.  She will be performing songs from her recent album “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel”. Other musical guests are also scheduled to perform including R&B  sensation Trey Songz and RydazNrtist, a new musical group signed to her husband Nick Cannon’s record label, who are said to be the opening act.

The New Years Eve  concert will be the first show of her 19-city “Angels Advocate” tour. The last show is scheduled for February 27 in Las Vegas, NV Pearl Concert Theater. Tickets are currently on sale at: Ticketmaster.com. For more news about the tour visit: mariahcarey.com, her official website.

Cirque de Soleil  has put together a winter wonderland show called Wintuk, the show has been going on for quite som time now. Its a story about a boy named Jamie and his search for snow during the holiday season.

Although the storyline is obviously meant to attract younger audiences, the beauty of Cirque de Soleil’s performances is something that adults can appreciate. It is truely art in motion.

Z100 Jingle Ball 2009

New York radio station Z100, will be hosting its annual star-studded musical event- Jingle Ball– tonight at Madison Square Garden. Tickets are already sold out! Tonight’s Jingle Ball features a line-up full of billboard toping artists including Taylor Swift, John Mayer, Pitbull, Jordan Sparks and special guests Adam Lambert and Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester.

This year the event is being sponsored by H&M and the proceeds will be benefiting the Food Bank For New York City.

Although you won’t be able to buy tickets for this event you can still tune in to z100, text them or enter online at Z100.com for a chance to win tickets.
